恶性肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，化疗的应用也更加广泛和迫切，但多药耐药的存在严重影响了化疗的疗效，因此多药耐药的逆转一直是肿瘤研究领域的研究热点。随着分子生物学技术的发展，肿瘤多药耐药机制形成的研究越来越深入，更多的产生机制被揭示，以利于针对耐药形成的机制进行逆转。本文对肿瘤多药耐药机制的研究进展予以综述。

英文摘要：

Malignancy shows an increasing morbidity, leading extensive and urgent application of chemotherapy. However, multidrug resistance of tumor hinders the result of chemotherapy,which has been the study focus of tumor treatment. With the development of molecular biology techniques, the research of multi-drug resistance mechanisms of tumor is more and more deep,more mechanism was revealed in order to facilitate the mechanism of resistance to reverse. This paper will review the research progress of the tumor multidrug resistanee mechanism.
