目的:对补阳还五汤进行抗老年痴呆活性物质的研究。方法:补阳还五汤水提液用石油醚萃取后剩余水层采用硅胶柱层析,中高压制备液相等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化常数及波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从补阳还五汤水提液中分离得到5个化合物,分别为buxmicrophylline E(1),4'-O-methylkuwanon E(2),bavachinone A(3),bavachinone B(4)和albopunctatone(5)。结论:以上化合物均首次从补阳还五汤中分离得到。
Objective: To study anti-Alzheimer' s disease chemical constituents of Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Methods: The compounds of the rest after using petroleum ether extraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction were purified by silica-gel CC,MPLC and semi-preparative HPLC. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and extensive spectroscopic analyses. Results: Five compounds were isolated and identified as buxmicrophylline E( 1),4'-O-methylkuwanon E( 2),bavachinone A( 3),bavachinone B( 4) and albopunctatone( 5). Conclusion: All of compounds were isolated from Buyang Huanwu Decoction for the first time.
