部分地方本科高校转型为应用技术型高校,是实现本科以上学历职业技术人才培养的必然趋势。校企合作作为我国职业教育人才培养的主要模式,转型高校和企业必须深度融合,共同参与到高层次职业技术人才培养的过程中来。部分转型高校已在专业群建设、教学过程设计、师资队伍建设等方面对校企深度融合进行具体的实践探索,但校企双方要建立长效合作机制,需要在企业利益、校企课程开发、合作过程评价、合作信息管理等方面进行更深层次的探索与实践。
英文摘要：
The transform of some local undergraduate colleges and universities to university of applied technology is an irresistible trend of training the talents in higher vocational education.University-enterprise cooperation,as the main mode of China＇s vocational education personnel training,universities and companies are required to clear the importance of deep integration and participate to the high-level professional and technical personnel training process. Part of the transformation colleges and universities have concrete practice in the content of university-enterprise on major groups building,teaching process design, teaching staff,and so on.But,for establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism, the two sides need to make deeper thoughts and practice in the interests of the enterprise,curriculum development,cooperation process evaluation,cooperation information management etc.
