利用水热合成方法,在原位条件下合成了Cu/SBA-15催化剂.对合成的催化剂分别采用X射线衍射(XRD)和FTIR进行表征,结果表明,Cu的加入没有影响SBA-15介孔结构的形成,Cu没有进入SBA-15的骨架而与硅、氧形成M-O-Si键.在不添加任何助剂的条件下,以Cu/SBA-15为催化剂,质量分数为30%的双氧水为氧化剂,研究了苯甲醇催化氧化制苯甲醛反应,探讨了反应温度、反应时间以及双氧水用量对反应的影响.研究表明,在水为溶剂,反应6 h,反应温度353 K条件下,苯甲醇的转化率可达47.6%,苯甲醛的选择性可达84.8%,催化剂重复使用4次其活性基本保持不变.
Cu/SBA- 15 was in situ synthexsizcd by using hydrothermal method. The catalyst was characterized by XRD and FTIR, The results show that the mcsoporous structure of SBA- 15 is unchanged and Cu species have not been inserted into the framework of SBA 15, but fiom the M-O-Si bond with silica and oxygen. Without any organic ,solvent, the catalyst was used in oxidation of benzyl alcohol with 30 % aqueous hydrogen dioxide as the oxidant and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and dosage of oxidant on catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzyl aldehyde reaction were investigated. The results show that the conversion of benzyl alcohol and the selectivity of benzyl aldehyde reach 47.6%and 84.8% respectively under the temperature of 353 K for 6 hours in solution of water. At the same time, catalytic activity does not change after using four times.
