传统式芯铧式开沟器被广泛地应用于东北垄作地区,但其开沟宽度大、与土壤产生的阻力大限制其使用。为此,对芯铧式开沟器的结构特点进行研究,确定了开沟器宽度d、入土角α、斜面角β、作业速度v、含水率p为其性能的影响因素,用Solid Works软件建立了一系列不同参数的芯铧式开沟器模型。通过对耕层土壤的物理性质与力学性质的研究,运用EDEM对所设计的一系列芯铧式开沟器进行仿真分析,得到开沟阻力较小的开沟器,其参数为:入土角为50°、斜面角为55°、宽度为50mm。在室内土槽中,进行芯铧式开沟器的性能测试。结果表明:仿真与试验数据具有一定的相关性,且规律基本一致,验证了仿真模型参数选取的正确性。
