常规深井压裂面临井底破裂压力大、地面施工泵压高、井下封隔器高温失效等问题,需要探索新的增产改造技术。介绍了水力喷射压裂技术及水力喷砂射孔机理、水力喷射压裂机理、水力喷射压裂工具组合。同时分析了其技术特点,分析认为,该技术具有射孔孔眼直径大、射孔深度长、可降低井底破裂压力、无需机械封隔等优点。在进行深井水力喷射压裂可行性分析的基础上,计算了某深井水力喷射压裂工艺技术参数,校核了深井压裂管柱强度,计算了油管排量、环空排量、油管压力和环空压力等水力喷射压裂水力参数及井口压力。分析和计算结果表明,深井水力喷射压裂切实可行。
Conventional fracturing treatment in deep wells face high bottomhole fracturing pressure,high pump pressure and malfunction of packer resulting from high temperature,all these require a new production improvement technology.This paper presents hydrojet-fracturing,a unique and relatively new stimulation technology,and summarizes sand jet perforation mechanism,hydrojet-fracturing mechanism and hydrojet-fracturing tool assembly.This hydrojet-fracturing technique has the characteristics of larger diameter and deeper length perforation compared conventional perforation,and no need for mechanical packer.A deep wells fracturing feasibility analysis was conducted.The fracturing parameters were calculated for a deep well.The strength of fracturing string,pipe displacement,annulus displacement,tubing pressure,annulus pressure,injection wellhead pressure etc.was checked.The analysis and calculation results show that hydrojet-fracturing in deep wells is feasible.
