针对特定池型,利用CFD数值模拟软件分别对不同转速下的潜水搅拌器进行了数值模拟,并分析了池内轴向流场分布,测量了潜水搅拌器的推力和扭矩,同时利用霍尔传感器和变频器对其转速进行了精确控制。最后将数值模拟结果与试验测量结果进行了对比分析,提出了潜水搅拌器在选型过程中的影响因子和优化方向,可为该设备在相关工程的应用提供理论指导。
For a particular tank type, the numerical simulation of submersible mixer under different speeds was carried out using CFD software. The axial flow field distribution in the tank was analyzed. The thrust and torque of submersible mixer were measured. The precise control of the submersible mixer speed was performed using Hall sensor and transducer. The numerical simulation results and the experi- mental results were compared and analyzed. The impact factors and optimizing direction in the type selec- tion process of submersible mixer were proposed to provide the theoretical guidance for the application of the equipment in related engineering.
