随着第三方物流的不断发展,运输商在供应链中的地位日益显著。本文考虑信息完全共享和固定需求函数情况下,对供应商、运输商和购买商组成的供应链的协调问题进行研究。文中首先构建了独立决策模型,得到了供应链各成员的最优定价和最大利润;然后构建了集中化决策模型,证明了集中化决策时供应链总利润大于独立决策时总利润,并在此基础上给出供应链协调策略;最后用算例检验了相关结论。
With the development of third party logistics partners, the transporter played the increasingly significant role in the supply chain. Under the assumption of the supply chain information fully shared and fixed demand function, this paper studied on coordinating the three-level supply chain consisting of one supplier, one transporter and one buyer. Firstly, this; paper built independent decision model, and solved the optimal Pricing and the biggest profits of the supply chain members. Secondly, the centralized decision model was built, and that the supply chain's gross profit in the centralized decision model more than the supply chain's gross profit in the independent decision model was proved, and also the strategy of the supply Chain Coordination was designed. Finally, the relative conclusions were tested with a simulation application.
