目的:研究利钠肽三种亚型受体(NPR—A,NPR—B和NPR—C)是否在正常SD大鼠左心室心肌细胞有表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学和Western免疫印迹检测SD大鼠左室心肌NPR—A、NPR—B和NPR—C的表达。结果:两种方法显示SD大鼠左室心肌有NPR—A、NPR—B和NPR—C三种亚型受体的表达,以NPR—A表达最强,NPR-C表达最弱。结论:正常SD大鼠左室心肌有A、B、C三种利钠肽受体表达。
Objective: To study whether all three natriuretic peptide receptor (NPR) subtypes (NPR--A, NPR--B, and NPR--C) are expressed on the myocytes of left ventricle (LV) of normal Sprague--Dawley (SD) rats. Methods: Both immunohistochemistry staining and Western blotting were applied to detect the expression of NPR--A, NPR-- B, and NPR--C on myocytes. Results: The receptors of NPR--A, NPR--B, and NPR--C were expressed on the myocytes of LV. Furthermore, the expression of NPR-- A was the highest but the NPR-- C was the lowest on the myocytes. Conclusion: All Three subtypes of NPR are expressed on the myocytes of LV in normal SD rats.
