为研究纤维的吸油性能,以悬浮聚合法合成的甲基丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物为基质聚合物,聚丙烯为增强组分,在高速粉碎机中制得两者的混合物,随后与溶有过氧化苯甲酰的丙烯酸丁酯单体混合,将所得混合物料喂入到双螺杆挤出机,基于原位反应增容机理,采用反应挤出-熔融纺丝联用技术制备吸油纤维。并利用差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪等仪器对纤维的结构与性能进行表征。结果表明,所得纤维可吸收机油、泵油、植物油、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯等油品;丙烯酸丁酯可在反应挤出过程中原位生成接枝共聚物,该接枝共聚物可作为增容剂使聚丙烯相与甲基丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物相在一定程度上相容。
In order to research the oil-absorptive properties of the prepared fiber,a mixture was prepared in a high speed disintegrator when the copolymer of butyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate synthesized via suspension polymerization and polypropylene were used as matrix polymer and enhanced component,respectively,and the mixture was subsequently mixed with the solution of butyl acrylate and benzoyl peroxide.Thereafter the mixture was fed into a twin screw extruder,and oil-absorptive fiber was prepared via reactive extrusion and melt spinning under the guidance of the mechanism of in-situ reactive compatibilization.Differential scanning calorimetry,X-ray diffraction,and thermogravimetric analyzer were used to analyze its structure and properties.The results showed that the prepared fiber could absorb oils such as motor oil,pump oil,vegetable oil,trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene.Additionally,agraft copolymer is in-situ generated from butyl acrylate during reactive extrusion,and the graft copolymer acts as a compatibilizer to make polypropylene compatible with the copolymer of butyl methacrylate and butyl acrylate to a certain extent.
