鉴于对潜油电机温度监测的迫切需求及油井长线信号传输对经典电机温度监测方法的限制,将网络热力学建模理论应用于潜油电机的温度辨识,通过建立潜油电机的网络热力学模型,给出描述潜油电机温度变化过程的热力学方程组。基于在地面获取的电机定子采样电流进行机械化数学解析分析及稳态数值迭代求解,推导出潜油电机定、转子的辨识温度。对12kW潜油电机进行温度辨识的实验结果表明,转子辨识温度与实测结果最大误差为5.59℃,验证了所提方法的正确性与可行性。
Considering urgent demand for monitoring the temperature and disadvantage of classical method for measuring electric submersible motor(ESM) with long cable, the thermodynamic modeling method was applied to indentify temperature of ESM in this paper. The topology of ESM was derived and thermodynamic equations that describe the change trend of temperature of ESM were given by proposed method. The analysis solutions of identification temperature of the stator and rotor of ESM were obtained by the mechanized mathematics and numerical iteration method. Experiment results of 12 kW ESM show that, the maximum error of identification temperature of ESM is 5.59 ℃ that can satisfy actual request of oil well. The correctness and feasibility of proposed method are validated by obtained results.
