在聚变堆研究中,聚变环境中涂层材料的防氚渗透问题是聚变堆材料研究的重要课题之一。主要介绍目前常用的几种防氚渗透涂层制备技术的研究进展,并提出利用双辉技术制备梯度氧化铝涂层在316L不锈钢表面形成Al2O3和SiC复合抗氚渗透层的新技术。
The study of the coating materials against tritium penetration under the fusion circumstance is one of the most important research work. The preparation techniques of tritium penetration barrier are reviewed and a new technology using double glow plasma surface alloying technology to fabricate gradient Al2O3 coating to form SiC/ Al2O3 composite tritium barrier on the surface of 316L stainless steel is put forward in this paper.
