磁流变阻尼器已经成功应用于汽车半主动悬架系统以及大型土木结构的振动控制。鉴于电流控制器在磁流变阻尼器的应用中起着调节磁场的重要作用,发明了一种基于脉冲宽度调制(PWM)集成电路的电流控制器。通过对一商业化磁流变阻尼器的控制性能测试显示,改变控制电压电流控制器的输出电流可实现0.15~2.01A连续输出,且与输出电流呈现高度的线性关系,具有响应速度快、输出电流精度高、价格低廉等特点。因此,所发明的电流控制器可以应用于磁流变阻尼器的控制。
Magneto-rheologieal (MR) dampers have been successfully used to enable highly effective semi-active control systems in automobile primary suspensions to control unwanted motions in civil engineering structures. Magneto rheological (MR) dampers are usually controlled by altering the current in the coil and thus changing the magnetic field. In this paper,a current controller is developed using the integrated circuit of pulse width modulation (PWM). By altering the external voltage signal, the current can be controlled in a real time on-line mode. The tests show that the current can be continuously adjusted at the range of 0.15-2.01 A for a commercial MR damper,with a good linearity to the external voltage signal, fast response and high accuracy. Therefore, the developed current controller is feasible for the control of MR dampers.
