采用室温轧制、冷轧法对Pb-0.5%Ag合金阳极材料进行细晶处理,通过分析电阻率、极化曲线、槽电压,研究了不同细晶技术对合金阳极材料性能的影响.研究表明冷轧法在液氮中浸泡10 min、压下量20%、退火温度160℃、退火时间20 min制备的阳极材料具有较好的综合性能.在此工艺条件下,与浇铸法、最佳工艺条件下室温轧制得到的铅合金阳极材料相比,导电性能、电化学性能和力学性能得到较大幅度的提升,其中电阻率可降低54.09%,极化电位降低13.52%,槽电压降低4.01%,硬度提升3.49倍.
By the method of room temperature rolling,cold rolling for Pb- 0. 5 % Ag alloy anode material fine grain processing is analyzed on the resistivity,polarization curves,slot voltage to study the influence of different processes on the alloy anode material properties. Researches show that the prepared anode material by cold rolling method in liquid nitrogen for 10 min,with 20 % reduction,the annealing temperature being160 ℃,annealing time 20 min,has good overall performance. Under the specified conditions,the conductivity,electrochemical properties and mechanical properties are improved substantially. Compared with the lead alloy anode material by the casting method at room temperature at the optimum rolling conditions: the resistivity is reduced 54. 09 %,polarization potential decreased 13. 52 %,cell voltage lowered 4. 01 %,and hardness enhanced 3. 49 times.
