为了防止磁悬浮轴承失效后高速旋转转子损坏磁悬浮轴承系统,主动磁悬浮轴承还需要保护轴承对转子起到临时支承作用。针对磁悬浮轴承失效后转子跌落在保护轴承上产生的振动与冲击,设计了1种在转子上安装弹性减振器的结构,运用动力学仿真软件ADAMS对转子一弹性减振器一保护轴承进行了动力学仿真,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:弹性减振器结构可明显减少轴承内圈所受的冲击。
Active magnetic bearing (AMB)system needs auxiliary bearings as temporary supports protect in case the AMB system fails. An elastic absorber mounted on the rotor was proposed to reduce the enormous impact and vibration caused by rotor drop after AMB failed.The rotor-elastic absorber-auxiliary bearing dynamic response was simulated by the dynamic simulation software ADAMS, and its experiments were carried out. The results show that elastic absorber structure can reduce the impact on the bearings obviously.
