英文摘要：

This study examines the underexplored tensions and complementarities between relation trust and net ties on firm＇s knowledge integration and radical innovation in key alliances.We theoretically develop the idea that relation trust and net ties respectively enhance firm＇s radical innovation through knowledge integration.We also propose that their interaction influences radical innovation because of facilitating knowledge integration.Tests using data on 122 key alliances support the majority of the proposed ideas except the interactive influence of relation trust and net ties.
