连续循环系统可以在更换钻杆接头操作时保持泥浆的连续循环。从连续循环系统上卸扣卡瓦的工作机理入手,分析了钻杆工作时的受力状态。在调研了卡瓦卡紧管柱力学模型的基础上,将钻杆看作厚壁筒,采用弹性力学中的拉美公式求解连续循环系统钻杆内、外受压的应力问题;将钻杆外表面承受的摩擦力矩看作圆筒扭转问题进行求解。给出了连续循环系统上卸扣卡瓦卡紧力的计算方法,可用于指导连续循环系统的设计。
The continuous-circulation system is new in oil drilling. It can maintain mud continuing when replacing the drill string and the rooted operation. Based on the methods to calculate the clamping force and the operational principle of slip of continuous-circulation system, the relationship of lateral pressure and the friction of master bushing and slip were revealed, and the forced state of drill pipe was clarified. Taking the drill pipe as thick-walled cylinder, the stress of internal and external compressed was solved with the Lame equation. The friction torque of drill pipe outer surface was calculated with cylinder torsion methods. The limit clamping force calculation formula of slip of continuous-circulation system was given, which can be used to guide the design of slip of continuous-circulation system.
