在闭环供应链制造商的最优回收模式研究中首次考虑消费者的环保意识因素,分别建立了制造商回收、制造商委托零售商回收和制造商委托第三方回收商回收的博弈模型,并对比分析三种回收模式的最优解,探讨了消费者环保意识对最优解的影响。研究发现:当制造商的回收补贴较大时,制造商选择将废品回收委托给零售商;当回收补贴较小时,制造商直接回收废品。当消费者环保意识水平提高时,三种回收模式的批发价、零售价、回收率、环保努力水平、渠道成员利润和渠道总利润均提高。渠道成员和政府应采取措施提高消费者环保意识,从而有效地保护环境和提高闭环供应链效率。
This paper is the first to consider consumer environmental awareness in the manufacturer' s optimal recycling mode of the closed-loop supply chain research. The game models are studied under three recycling modes, Manufacturer Collecting, Retailer Collecting and Third-Party Collecting. Then it obtains and analyzes the optimal solutions of the three recycling models, and discusses the influence of consumer environmental awareness to the optimal solutions. Results show that when the manufacturer recycling subsidies is larger, manufacturer chooses retailer collecting will be the optimal; otherwise, by himself. The retail price, wholesale price, the return rate of used products, environmental protection efforts, channel members' profits and total channel profits of all these three recycling modes will increase when the level of consumer environmental awareness increases. Channel members and the government should take measures to improve consumer environmental awareness, then the environment can be protected effectively and the profit of the closed-loop supply chain can be improved.
