采用热解-气质联用仪(Py-GC/MS)研究了葵花秆热解产物组成与热解温度的关系。通过加入内标物(1,3,5-三叔丁基苯)对热解产物进行了定性和定量分析。结果表明:当热解温度为300~400℃时,热解产物分布较宽,低沸点产物较少,主要为高沸点产物;热解温度为500~700℃时,主要以低沸点热解产物为主,高沸点产物较少。初步鉴定了40多种化合物,热解产物除CO2外,主要有酚、酮、酯、醛、醇、酸、芳香类和杂环类等,其中,酚类化合物最多,其次为芳烃类物质,杂环类物质最少。热解温度和热解时间是影响热解产物分布的主要因素。
Pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(Py-GC/MS)was applied in studying the relationship between pyrolysis temperature and pyrolysis products composition of sunflower stalk.Qualitative and quantitative analysis was established through an appropriate internal standard substance(ISTD)(1,3,5-tri-tert-butylbenzene).The results showed that in temperature of 300~400℃, the distribution of pyrolysis products were relatively wide,low boiling point products were less,and mainly for high boiling point compounds; in temperature of 500 ~700 ℃,high boiling point products were less,and mainly for low boiling point products.40 kinds of pyrolysis compounds were identified,and they were mainly consisted of CO2,phenols,aldehydes,ketones,alcohols,esters,acids, aromatic compounds,etc.Among of which,phenols had the highest proportion,aromatics in second,and heterocyclic compounds in least proportion.Pyrolysis temperature and time were key factors that affect the distribution of pyrolysis products of sunflower stalk.
