目的：以麻杏石甘汤有效成分舒张离体气管平滑肌活性评价为切入点,建立一种多因素多水平的均匀设计研究中药有效成分配比的新方法。方法：选择具有舒张气管平滑肌作用的各单味药有效成分麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷、甘草酸,通过均匀设计,进行3种成分不同浓度之间的组合,以其混合物舒张气管平滑肌的作用效果来评价对药效的影响。结果：经过分析,初步得出甘草酸在3种成分中舒张气管平滑肌的作用最强,且得出了最佳配比是麻黄碱X1为17.5886mmol/L,苦杏仁苷X2为32.4487 mmol/L,甘草酸X3为3.0290 mmol/L。结论：均匀设计适用于筛选传统中药方剂的有效成分及其最佳配比。

英文摘要：

Objective： By taking the relax airway smooth muscle effect of active ingredient of Maxing Shigan Decoction（ MXSGD） as a point to evaluate a new method of TCM effective component ratio by multifactor and multilevel uniform design. Methods：Three active ingredients which have the relax isolated tracheal ring effect of Ephedrine hydrochloride,Amygdalin and Glycyrrhizinic acid were be mixed by uniform design in different concentrations to analyze the effect of mixture and find out the most effect component and the compatible group. Results： Glycyrrhizinic acid had the high effect of relax isolated tracheal ring and optimal combination compatibility of MXSGD were obtained. Conclusion： The uniform design was appropriate for screening active ingredient and its proportion of traditional Chinese medicine formula.
