铝污泥是自来水厂净水过程中的副产物,大部分脱水铝污泥被视为废弃物而被填埋处置,造成资源的极大浪费。基于铝污泥的理化性质和较强吸附能力,以西安市曲江水厂铝污泥为基础材料,将脱水铝污泥经300—1000℃不同高温预处理,最终获得了一种对水中磷污染物具有良好吸附性能的颗粒新材料。利用该新材料,分别添加水泥、黄土和粉煤灰,试制了具有吸附磷污染物功能的建筑砖材,得到了最佳配比。这为合理利用自来水厂铝污泥提供了一种可行的方法。
Alum sludge is a byproduct of the waterworks in water purification processes. In practice, most of the dewatered alum sludge was treated as a "waste" and landfilled without reuse. Based on the physical and chemical properties of the alum Sludge in Qujiang Waterworks in Xi' an City, this paper firstly studied the technical aspect of preparing the pre-treated (headed at 300 - 1 000 ℃ ) sludge particles. It was followed by exploring the feasibility and then the optimization to manufacture bricks with the combination of loess, fly ash and cement, respectively, while phosphorus adsorption ability of the resultant bricks was tested. It is expected that this study can provide a sustainable and more reasonable way for reusing the waterworks sludge.
