针对单相电弧炉电极调节系统,建立其数学模型.分析了单相电弧炉电极调节系统的非线性.在此基础上,针对单相电弧炉电极调节系统的复杂性以及单相电弧炉电极调节系统跟踪效果差和弧长扰动抑制能力差的问题,设计了电弧炉电极调节系统的无源鲁棒控制器,从而实现电弧炉电极调节系统的无源鲁棒控制.将设计出的无源鲁棒控制器通过Simulink来仿真研究,结果表明该控制方法具有很好的跟踪性能,且对弧长扰动产生的影响有很好的抑制能力.
The mathematical model of the electrode regulator system of Single-phase arc furnace was built. The nonlinearity of the electrode regulator system are analyzed. On this basis, against the complexity, poor tracking performance and poor inhibition for the disturbance of arc length issue ofelectric arc furnace electrode regulator system, a Passivity robust controller of. electric arc furnace electrode regulator system was designed, the Passivity robust control of the Single-phase electric arc furnace was realized. A single-phase motor was controlled by the Passivity robust controller basing on simulink. The result shows that the method has good tracking performance and good inhibition for the disturbance of arc length.
