基于AD500-9型雪崩光电二极管设计以窄脉冲发射、雪崩光电二极管偏置、弱光信号处理和计时电路为主要结构的激光测距系统.利用标准时基发生器对计时电路进行验证,采用线性拟合方法使时间测量的精度为10-10量级.采用软件校准方法将测距实验中的测量误差控制在±0.1m以内,并对误差进行分析.
Laser ranging system was designed based on AD500-9.The system is composed of four parts:narrow pulse laser emission circuit,APD bias circuit,weak photo-electricity signal processing circuit,and time measurement circuit.The timing circuit was tested and verified with self-designed standard timing generator.It has realized 10-10 level time measurement via linear fitting.The analysis shows the distance measurement error is limited to ±0.1 m in outdoor ranging experiment by software calibration method.
