以α-异佛尔酮为原料,在己二酸催化异构下,制备β-异佛尔酮,并优化催化异构化的工艺条件。试验发现,当采用长度为200cm的玻璃微珠填充柱。馏出液滴出速度为20滴/min时,馏出液中β-异佛尔酮含量可达到99.3%,经回收计算产率可达到95%。因此,精馏柱的分离效率、馏出液的出液速度是影响异构化效率的最主要因素,而反应温度、催化剂用量对异构化效率的影响则比较有限。
β - isophorone was prepared by catalyzed isomerization of α - isophorone with hexanedioic acid, and its isomerization conditions were also optimized. When the glass micro - beads packed column was adopted with a length of 200cm and the dropping speed of distillate was controlled as 20 drops per min in the experiment, the amount of β - isophorone in the distillate reached 99. 3%, and the corresponding productive rate can reached 95%. It was suggested that the rectification efficiency of the column and distillate dropping speed were the key factors affecting the isomerization reaction instead of reaction temperature and catalyst dosage.
