为提高螺旋伺服机构的动态性能,设计了阀芯形式为斜槽型高低压孔的2D伺服阀,并对斜槽型2D伺服阀和圆孔型2D伺服阀进行导控级零位泄漏实验、阀芯阶跃响应特性和动态特性的实验研究。实验结果表明:对阀芯的高低压孔进行斜槽型结构的改进是合理的,可以提高伺服螺旋机构的动态性能的目的。
In order to improve the dynamic performance of the servo screw mechanism, the spool with chute type high and low pressure hole of the 2D servo valve was designed, and the pilot control level zero leakage experiment, the step response characteristics of valve core and dynamic characteristics between the sine of chute type 2D servo valve and 2D servo valve hole were researched. The experimental results show that the improvement structure of the high and low pressure hole with the chute type groove is reasonable, it can improve the dynamic performance of the servo screw mechanism.
