目的:探究微弧氧化电解液中纳米α-Al2 O3的浓度对铝合金微弧氧化膜层组织和性能的影响。方法在硅酸盐体系电解液中加入15 g / L 纳米α-Al2 O3,微弧氧化获得不同的陶瓷膜层,对膜层的微观结构、厚度、硬度和耐腐蚀性能进行分析。结果膜层的主要组成相为α-Al2 O3、γ-Al2 O3和 SiO2。当纳米α-Al2 O3添加量为3 g / L 时,膜层表面微裂纹少,孔隙率小,厚度达70μm,硬度为513HV,耐腐蚀性能好。结论硅酸盐电解液中加入纳米α-Al2 O3,能够改善铝合金微弧氧化膜层的综合性能。
Objective To explore the effects of α-Al2 O3 content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the coating formed on aluminum alloy by the method of micro-arc oxidation with α-Al2 O3 addition in electrolyte system. Methods Different ceramic coatings were obtained by adding 1 ~ 5 g/ L nanoα-Al2 O3 additive into the silicate system solution and the micro-structure, thickness, hardness and corrosion resistance were analyzed. Results The main phases of the coating were α-Al2 O3 , γ-Al2 O3 and SiO2 . There were few micro-cracks and small porosity of the coating when the content of nano α-Al2 O3 was 3 g/ L, and the thick-ness reached 70 μm, the hardness was 513 HV and the corrosion resistance of the coating was good. Conclusion Addition ofα-Al2 O3 into the silicate electrolyte system could improve the comprehensive performances of the micro-arc oxidation coating on alu-minum alloy.
