通过对高炉生产过程参数进行提取、分类,提出一种基于熵权可拓理论的二级模糊综合评判模型来评估高炉软熔带的位置状态的方法。可拓理论通过引入物元的概念建立物元模型,用熵权法计算各物元指标的权重系数,实现定性分析和定量计算相结合对高炉软熔带位置状态的进行综合评判,并以某钢铁厂2 650 m3高炉为实例对其软熔带位置状态进行综合评判,得出与现场实际情况反映的状态相吻合的评判结果。
This paper proposes two-stage fuzzy synthesis evaluation method,on the basis of extracting and classifying the production process parameters of the BF, the matter-element model was determined by using extension theory. And the entropy method is introduced to determine the fuzzy weight vectors so that the position state of the BF cohesive zone can be evaluated with both quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis methods. The proposed method is applied to evaluate the position state of the BF cohesive zone of a 2 650m3 steel plant, and the result indicates that appraisal conclusion can reflect practical situation well.
