建立盾构隧道三维数值模型,采用连接单元和接触面单元共同模拟管片接头力学效应,研究了不同时速列车撞击荷载作用下被撞管片块周边接头螺栓拉力、剪力的时程变化及失效情况,同时对比分析了不同撞击速度下管片位移响应。结果表明:在列车撞击荷载作用下被撞管片块周边螺栓大多发生剪切失效;不同撞击速度下相同部位螺栓的失效类型一致;随着撞击速度的提高,被撞管片块周边螺栓失效时间均有所提前,管片最终位移极大值有所增大,而撞击中心点位移始终呈阶梯形增长。
A three-dimensional numerical model of shield tunnel was established,the connector element and interface element were adopted to simulate the mechanical effects of segment joint,the time history curves of joint bolt tensile force and shear force around the impacted segment zone under the train impact load with different speed and its failure conditions were studied,and the segment displacement response with different impact speed was comparatively analyzed.The results show that there are most shear failure of bolt around the impacted segment zone under the train impact load,the failure types of bolt in the same parts at different impact speed are consistent,the bolt failure times around the impacted segment zone are all in advance,the maximum of segment ultimate displacement increases,but the displacement of impact center always shows a step growth with the impact speed improvement.
