提出了用于网络流量过程建模的两类统计型流量包络的一般性转换方法.基于单个时刻意义成立的流量包络及其剩余分布,转换得到样本轨道意义上成立的流量包络,针对常见的整形数据流聚合流量过程加以改进,以较小的计算量得到简洁直观的转换结果.相关理论结果可有效用于求解得到解析分析特性较好的统计型流量包络,扩展相应的网络流量过程建模和服务性能理论分析在实际网络中的应用.
A general approach was presented to achieving the conversion between two classes of statistical traffic envelopes.A traffic envelope formulated from sample path point of view was derived based on one holding only in the local sense with respect to time,and its tail distribution.Such an approach was then improved in the common case of an aggregate of regulated flows,which imposes less computation overhead than existing studies.These results can be effectively applied to solving statistical traffic envelopes with good analytical tractability,modeling traffic processes and analyzing service measures in actual networks.
