目的探讨CD147在前列腺癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化S—P法检测240例前列腺癌组织中CD147的表达情况，并对CD147与前列腺癌PSA失败的关系进行统计学分析。结果CD147在无PSA失败前列腺癌组织中的阳性率为27．6％．有PSA失败的阳性率为80．7％，具有显著差异（P〈0．05）。CD147的表达与PSA失败呈正相关。结论CD147检测有助于了解前列腺癌的恶性程度，评估其预后，对临床制定治疗方案有指导意义。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the expression level of CD147 in tissue of prostatic carcinoma and it＇s clinical value. Methods CD147 expression were detected in 240 cases with prostatic carcinoma by immunohistochemical S-P method and it＇s relationship to prostatic carcinoma failure was analyzed statistically.Results The positive rate of CD147 was 27.6.% in prostatic carcinoma without PSA faiure, and that was 80.7% in prostatic carcinoma with PSA faiure （P〈0.05）. The expression of CD147 was positively correlated with PSA failure. Conclusion Detection of CD147 would contribute to understand the malignant degree of prostate cancer and evaluate it＇s prognosis .It has a guided value for establishing the therapeutic project.
