以转炉渣为基础渣,在实验室测定了CaF2、P2O5质量分数变化对转炉渣熔点的影响。依据测定结果,利用转炉渣配制适合铁水脱磷要求的脱磷剂进行了铁水预脱磷实验,结合相关的转炉脱磷研究结果,分析了脱磷剂中P2O5对脱磷的影响,提出了对最终外排炉渣中的质量分数要求。在1350℃温度条件下,w(P2O5)=1.66%转炉渣为基础的脱磷剂,对预脱硅处理后的铁水,脱磷剂加入10%时可取得约77%的脱磷率。脱磷剂中w(P2O5)〈7.5%时可取得60%以上的脱磷率。
Taking converter slag as the basic component, the effects of CaF2 and P2O5 on slag melting point is studied. According to test results, hot metal dcphosphorization experiments are carried out to investigate the effects of P2O5 on dephosphorizition agent. P2O5 content in final slag that will be drained is suggested to recycling use. It is found that at 1 350 ℃ ,dephosphorizing rate is about 77 % with w(P2O5) of 1.66 % and dephosphorizing agent consumption of 10%. Dephosphorizing rate can be kept over 60% with w(P2O5)〈7.5 % in dephosphorizing agent.
