综述了掺碳改性技术在锂离子电池正极材料磷酸铁(LiFePO4)各种合成工艺路线中的研究进展,总结了掺碳的碳源种类。掺碳改性对LiFePO4电导率的提高起到了重要作用,使材料电性能得以提高,是目前改善LiFePO4性能最具实效性的途径。随着LiFePO4材料的研究与应用日趋成熟以及各种新型材料制备技术的发展,LiFePO4掺碳改性技术、掺碳碳源的种类等相关问题的探索将向更广阔的空间拓展。
The latest development of modification of carbon-doping in various synthesis routes for lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4) as lithium-ion battery cathode material is reviewed, and the carbon sources doping are summarized. It is the most effective way to improve the properties of LiFePO4 cathode material by modification of carbon-doping at present, which provides electrochemical performance enhancement due to a significant increase of the electronic conductivity. Along with the work and application of LiFePO4 being mature, and the development of the new technology prepared materials, the exploration of carbon-doped modification, carbon sources and other related aspects will have more room to be expanded.
