城市电网的快速发展和分布式电源的接入使得电网结构和运行方式日趋复杂,不确定性因素随之增加,加大了城市电网的运行风险。首先,分析了城市电网运行可能存在的风险源及其对电网造成的危害;然后,根据对城市电网造成的影响,将其分为小扰动型风险源和故障型风险源两类,分别建立静态安全评价和暂态安全评价指标模型;最后,针对某实际城市电网算例进行仿真分析,验证了所提指标的合理性和实用性。该指标体系已在城市电网自愈控制示范工程中得到应用。
With the rapid development of urban power grid and the incorporation of distributed generations,the struc-ture and operation mode of grid have become more complicated,and uncertain factors are increasing. As a result,theoperation risk becomes higher. First,the risk sources existed in operation and their harms were analyzed. Then accord-ing to the corresponding influences caused,risk sources were classified into two categories—types of small disturbanceand faults,and indices of static security and transient security were created. Finally,taken a real urban power grid asan example,reasonableness and practicality of the proposed indices are verified. The index system has been applied ina demonstration project aiming at self-healing control of urban power grid.
