为了提前获知磁悬浮飞车原理样机的动态特性,以便设计磁悬浮飞车原理样机时取得适当的设计参数,采用虚拟样机技术,运用ADAMS与MATLAB软件联合完成磁悬浮飞车原理样机的建模。对所设计的原理样机进行联合仿真,对比分析不同线圈匝数、不同载荷作用下的控制电流及其磁悬浮飞车原理样机的动态特性,以及在相应悬浮力和驱动力作用下的承载特性与速度、加速度特性,确定了磁悬浮飞车原理样机的结构参数,为磁悬浮飞车物理样机的设计提供了参考依据。
To get the dynamic characteristics of the designed Maglev Propeller Car in advance, virtual prototype was used in this paper. The virtual prototype of Maglev Propeller Car prototype was completed by ADAMS and MATLAB. The control current and dynamic characteristics of Maglev Propeller Car prototype with different turns under different loads were analyzed by co-simulation of the virtual prototype. Bearing characteristics, speed and acceleration under the corresponding levitation force and driving force were analyzed by co-simulation of the virtual prototype. The structural parameters of Maglev Propeller Car prototype were determined in this paper which provided reference for the design of the Maglev Propeller Car physical prototype.
