液压转阀利用阀芯相对阀体做旋转运动来实现油路的开闭和换向。作为一种液压控制元件,它具有结构简单、工作频率高、抗油液污染等优点,可以广泛应用于高速换向、高速激振的液压系统中。本文简要介绍了国内外液压转阀研究现状,指出了现有液压转阀尚存在的问题,并对下一步的研究方向进行深入剖析,为以后的研究奠定基石。
Based on the spool's rotation relative to the valve body,hydraulic spin valve is used to control oil circuit's on-off and direction. As a kind of hydraulic control component, it has many advantages, such as simple structure, high working frequency, an- ti-pollution features. Therefore,it can be widely used in hydraulic systems with high speed direction or high speed vibration. The domestic and overseas status and existing problems of spin valve was introduced. In addition, the further research direction is deeply discussed on aspect of orifice structure, hydrodynamic force and flowing regulation. It provides theoretical foundation for fu- ture study.
