涎腺腺样囊性癌中Id-1表达的实验研究

目的检测涎腺腺样囊性癌、多形性腺瘤和正常涎腺组织中Id-1的表达,分析Id-1的表达与涎腺腺样囊性癌临床病理之间的关系。方法免疫组化Envison两步法检测54例涎腺腺样囊性癌、12例多形性腺瘤和10例正常涎腺组织Id-1表达。结果Id-1在涎腺腺样囊性癌、多形性腺瘤和正常涎腺组织阳性率分别为72.2%、33.3%、10.00%,涎腺腺样囊性癌与多形性腺瘤以及涎腺腺样囊性癌与正常涎腺比较差异均具有统计学意义(P‘0.05):转移组和无转移组阳性率分别为81.6%和50.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Ⅰ-Ⅱ和Ⅲ-Ⅳ阳性率分别为46.2%和80.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论涎腺腺样囊性癌中Id-1过表达;Id-1与涎腺腺样囊性癌发生和转移有一定关系;Id-1可能作为有效靶点对涎腺腺样囊性癌的治疗提供帮助。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the expression of Id - 1 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and to study the relationship between its expression and the malignant characteristics of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods Salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma specimens were obtained from 54 patients , 12 eases of pleomorphie adenoma and 10 eases of normal salivary gland specimens were used for comparison. Immunohistochemical study was performed using the polyclonal antibody. Results 72.2% of SACC showed significant positive Id - 1 expression, which was significantly higher than that of pleomovphic adenoma (33.3%)and normal salivary gland tissue (10.0%) , P 〈 0.05; There was significantly difference between Ⅰ - Ⅱ stage (46.2%)and Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage(80.5% ), P 〈 0.05;The positive rate was 81.6% in metastasis cases which were significantly higher than that of the eases without metastasis(50.0% ) , P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Our results showed that over expression of Id - 1 in SACC. Id - 1 may play an important role in the development of SACC. Id - 1 might also be a useful therapeutic target to prevent SACC or inhibit its malignant progression.
