目前我国工伤保险覆盖面显著扩大，对劳动者的保护明显加强。作为工伤保险主要的受益群体之一，农民工签订劳动合同比例很低，流动频繁，工伤赔偿程序复杂且成本较高。我国迫切需要扩大工伤保险对农民工的覆益面，提升管理水平，力争及时赔付，尽早普及省级基金统筹，优化保险费率结构，创建预防、补偿与康复“三位一体”的工伤保险制度。

At present, Chinese injury insurance coverage has expanded and strengthened protection of workers significantly. As one of the main beneficiary groups of injury insurance, migrant workers have signed a very low percentage of the labor contract, their current frequent, complex and high cost of workers＂ compensation program are barriers to the promotion of work - related injury insurance. China is urgent need to expand the coverage of the injury insurance for migrant workers, and strive to improve the management level claims in a timely manner, as soon as possible to universal access to provincial funds co - ordination, optimize the structure of insurance rates, and create a work - related injury insurance system of prevention, compensation and rehabilitation ＂Trinity＂ .
