针对某工业厂房设备减振进行研究,通过对厂房进行振动实测得出结构的主要振动为风机引起的竖向振动。设计了双向减振的无阻尼TMD和黏滞阻尼装置模拟基础减振试验,比较其在简谐荷载和冲击荷载作用下的减振效果。试验结果显示设计的两个减振装置都有一定的减振效果。黏滞阻尼装置减振效果显著,水平向的减振效果比竖向更为明显。
This text aims at the research of vibration reduction for industrial factory buildingequipment, and it is concluded that the main vibration is caused by the vertieal vibration of a fan through the vibration testing for factory building. Design the two-way vibration attenuation non-damping TMD and viscous damping device to simulate the experiment base vibration attenuation, Compare the vibration attenuation effect under simple harmonic load and shock load. Experimental results show that both vibration reduction devices have damping effect. The design of the viscous damping vibration reduction effect is significant, the horizontal vibration reduction effect is better than the vertical vibration reduction.
