目的基于2,3,6,7-四甲基蒽合成了一种新型三蝶烯衍生物2,3,6,7-四甲基-9,10-邻萘基蒽。方法以2,3,6,7-四甲基蒽和1,4-环氧-1,4-二氢萘为原料,通过Diels-Alder反应和脱水作用合成目标产物,对产物进行表征。结果过量的2,3,6,7-四甲基蒽与1,4-环氧-1,4-二氢萘反应,在VAcOH∶VAcOAc=2∶1的混合脱水剂作用下合成了目标产物,表征结果显示化合物结构正确。结论利用廉价易得的原料简便合成了新型三蝶烯衍生物2,3,6,7-四甲基-9,10-邻萘基蒽,它可以作为潜在的适用于聚酰亚胺合成的二酐单体。
Objective-To synthesize a new triptycene derivative 2, 3, 6, 7-tetramethyl-9, 10-o- naphthyl-anthracene based on 2, 3,6,7-tetramethylanthracene. Methods-With 2,3,6,7-methylan-thracene and 1,4-epoxy-1,4-dihydronaphthalene as raw materials, the target product is not only syn-thesized through Diels-Alder reaction and dehydration but also characterized. Results-Through the reaction of an excess of 2,3,6,7-tetramethylanthracene and 1,4-epoxy-1,4-dihydronaphthalene as well as the dehydration of mixed dehydrating agent (VAcOH : VAcOAc=2 : 1), the target product is prepared and the characterization results show that the structure of the compound is correct. Conclusion-2,3, 6,7-tetramethyl-9,10-o-naphthylanthracene is conveniently synthesized with cheap and readily availa-ble raw materials, it can be used as a potential dianhvdride monomer suitable for polyimide synthesis.
