针对油气式飞机减震器存在的阻尼变化固定、范围小的缺点,采用基于磁流变液的起落架减震器,以自行设计的新型结构减震器为对象,设计了一种模糊-PID控制器,并进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:磁流变减震器加上半主动控制后,能够很好地抑制共震峰值,在减震区域相对被动控制减震器有着较好的减震效果。
In view of the fixed variation and the small scope of damping of the oil-gas shock absorber for airplane, a new type of aircraft landing gear absorber based on magnetorheological fluid was designed, and a fuzzy-PID controller was applied for the designed new structure. The experimental resuhs indicate that the absorber based on magnetorheological fluid can suppress the resonant peak value well though semi-active control, compared to the passive suspension control, the semi-active control has higher efficiency in the absorption zone.
