培养大学生的创新和科研能力,已成为当前有机化学实验教学体系的重要组成部分之一。以新型香豆素衍生物的合成为例,开展了大学生的科研创新训练。实践表明,通过对化合物的设计路线、合成步骤、结构表征及性质研究等方面的探索与实践,激发了学生的学习兴趣,启迪了学生的创新思维,培养了学生分析和解决问题的能力,提高了学生的创新实践能力及综合素质。
Cultivation of innovation and research capacities of undergraduates has become one of the important components of organic chemistry experiment teaching system. In this paper,we have taken the synthesis of new coumarin derivative as an innovative training project for college students,the experiment design includes the design routes,synthesis,structure characterization and properties study. The results indicated that this innovative training project can enable to stimulate students' learning interests,inspire their creative thinking ability,develop their ability of analyzing and solving problems,and improve their creative and practical ability.
