创新实验大学生利用数理统计学的相关知识,按照《中国药典》2010年版附录Ⅻ中的要求,测定胰岛素类似物的生物活性.通过交叉设计的方差分析及假设检验,评判胰岛素标准品与胰岛素类似物供试品引起小鼠血糖下降的作用,对实验中同批小鼠的给药时间间隔、胰岛素类似物母液储备时间进行探索,并计算胰岛素类似物的效价.创新实验大学生通过此次胰岛素类似物生物活性测定实验增强实验技能,合理利用数理统计解决了实际问题,并培养了严谨求实的科学态度.
By using mathematical statistics and referring to the Appendix Ⅻ of China Pharmacopoeia 2010,the bioactivity of insulin analogue was determined by undergraduates in innovative experiment.The hypoglycemic effects in the mouse of the insulin analogue and the insulin were evaluated by hypothesis tes-ting and crossover design analysis of variance,exploring the dosing intervals for the same batch of mice and storage time of insulin analogue’s mother liquor,and calculating the insulin analogue potency.Through the experiment for determination of insulin analogue’s bioactivity,students strengthened the experimental skills,solved problems by using mathematical statistics,and cultivated their rigorous scientific attitude.
