以芳香硝基化合物为反应物,在温和的条件下经还原反应制得偶氮类化合物,考察了酮、还原剂、酸、反应温度对反应的影响,并对丙酮的作用机理进行了研究。实验结果表明,反应的最佳条件为:以乙酸为反应介质,以锌粉为还原剂,丙酮为添加剂,n(硝基化合物)∶n(酮)∶n(还原剂)∶n(乙酸)=1∶1.2∶4∶8,30℃下反应1h,收率可达56%。
Azo compounds were synthesized from the aromatic nitro compounds under mild conditions by the reduction reaction,the highest yield is 56%.The effects of ketone,reducing agent,acid and the temperature on the reaction were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions such as acetic acid as reaction medium,zinc powder as reductant,acetone as additive,n(nitro compound)∶n(ketone)∶n(reducing agent)∶n(acetic acid)= 1∶1.2∶4∶8,temperature of 30 ℃,time of 1hwere determined.The mechanism of action of acetone was studied.
