From the two perspectives of urban ＇energy level＇ and ＇economic difference＇,we validate that the main factors affect the radiation force are the stability of the core city and the difference of the level of cities are validated,and the sharing and exchange of talents is the key to economic resonance.It is also concluded that the change of the economic gap between the two places,in addition to the cumulative effect of the radiation power of the core city,is also related to the original economic level and economic growth rate of the two cities.
