种养凤眼莲条件下pH值对底泥中不同形态磷释放的影响

[目的]种养凤眼莲条件下,通过定期调节上覆水pH值,对底泥中不同形态磷释放的趋势进行研究,为凤眼莲生态修复技术的更广范应用提供科学依据。[方法]采用圆柱型聚氯乙烯(PVC)桶模拟法,通过84 d种养凤眼莲模拟试验,研究底泥中不同形态磷的消减趋势及其对总磷释放的贡献。[结果]凤眼莲生长条件下,随pH值升高底泥总磷释放量呈增加趋势,上覆水总磷浓度减少量呈降低趋势。在弱酸性和中性偏碱条件下,凤眼莲吸收磷是底泥释放磷素的主要去向,分别占底泥总磷释放量的58.9%和69.7%。其中:弱酸性条件下,铁锰螯合态磷(BD-P)是对底泥总磷释放贡献最大的磷形态;中性偏碱条件下,铁铝氧化物结合态磷(NaOH-rp)和聚磷酸盐(NaOH-nrp)是对底泥总磷释放贡献较高的磷形态。而碱性条件下,不同形态磷对底泥总磷释放均呈正贡献,其中:钙磷(HCl-P)和活性磷(NH4Cl-P)对总磷释放的贡献较其他不同形态磷最小。[结论]本试验条件下,提高上覆水pH值对促进太湖底泥总磷的释放效果较为显著。碱性条件下,各磷形态对总磷释放均表现为正贡献;而弱酸性和中性偏碱条件下,不同形态磷对总磷释放的贡献存在差异。

英文摘要:

[Objectives]The purpose of this study was to discuss the growth of Eichhornia crassipe under the periodic controlling of different pH values on the water impact on the various forms of phosphorus in sediment in the release,to provide data support for the application of Eichhornia crassipe ecological restoration technology in a wide range. [Methods]Applying the cylindrical barrel PVC,through 84 days of planting E. crassipe simulation test,our purpose was to study the trend of different forms of phosphorus in the sediment research and its contribution to the total phosphorus release. [Results]In condition of the growth of E. crassipe,release volume of total phosphorus( TP) from sediments increased with increasing pH,which also resulted in a decrease in the amount of TP in overlying water. In weak acidic and neutral and alkaline conditions,absorption of phosphorus was mainly to E. crassipe from the sediment,and respectively accounted for 58.9% and 69.7% of TP release. Under acidic conditions,the contribution of reductant-soluble phosphorus( BD-P) was the largest,and the release of iron-or aluminum-bound phosphates( NaOH-rp) and polyphosphate( NaOH-nrp)was the largest in the near neutral condition. Under alkaline conditions,all forms of phosphorus contributed positively to total phosphorus release from sediments,among them,the contribution value of calcium-bound phosphorus( HCl-P) and labile phosphorus( NH4Cl-P) was the smallest. [Conclusions]Under the conditions of this experiment,the effect was significant of increasing the pH value of the overlying water on the total phosphorus release in the sediment of Taihu. Under the alkaline condition,the phosphorus forms were positive contribution to total phosphorus release,but the contribution of different forms of phosphorus to total phosphorus release was different under the condition of weak acid and neutral partial alkali.
