通过对混凝土单轴受拉试验方法的研究,提出了影响混凝土单轴受拉应力-应变全曲线的影响因素,结合以往研究成果,建议了一种用于混凝土单轴受拉的试验方法。采用MTS815试验机,考虑三种加载速率,在位移和应变率双重控制下,对混凝土试件进行了动力加载条件下的单轴受拉应力-应变全曲线试验。结果表明,该方法简单方便,引伸计所测部位应力分布均匀,试验结果稳定,为研究混凝土在动力加载条件下的破坏机理提供了试验依据。
Factors that influence concrete uniaxial tensile stress-strain curve were carried out by the analysis of concrete under uniaxial tensile method. Combined with some of the results of previous studies, the researchers developed a test method for the concrete under uniaxial tensile with a hydraulic test machine named MTS Model 815. Under the controlled condition of the displacement and the strain-rate, the dynamic full stress-strain curves were obtained with three different loading rates. The study results reveal that the method is simple and convenient, the measured stress is well-distributed along the specimen, the test results are stable, and these provide a test basis for understanding the physical mechanisms under dynamic loading.
