综述钙钛矿太阳能电池的组装、结构及相关性能等领域的最新研究进展,总结甲胺铅碘电池的稳定性、材料毒性及制备方法、有关电学性质存在的争议、工作机理及结构优化等方面的问题和困难。指出制备高晶体质量的甲胺铅碘薄膜、深入理解甲胺铅碘基本物理化学性质及电池光生载流子输运机理是该领域的重要科学问题。提出应通过系统优化生长条件,获得高质量的甲胺铅碘薄膜,利用半导体实验方法精确测量钙钛矿材料的不同物理参数,利用能带理论设计和优化电池结构,进而深入探索光生载流子的产生、分离、收集和复合等输运规律。
The latest research progress on perovskite solar cell assembly,structure and performance and other related properties was reviewed. The device stability,material growth and toxicity,controversy on their electrical properties,working mechanism and structural optimization were summarized. Growing high quality perovskite film,understanding their basic physical and chemical properties,and clarifying the photogenerated carrier transport mechanism are all important issues. We proposed that high quality perovskite film can be obtained by optimizing growth conditions. Then their physical properties can be measured with semiconductor characterization methods.Energy band theory can be used to design and optimize the cell structure and photo-generated carriers generated,separation,collection and transport process should be explored.
