针对复杂产品装配设计过程中协同工作的需求,开发了一个面向多用户协同设计的分布式虚拟装配系统(DCVAE)。提出了分布式虚拟装配系统体系结构、对协同虚拟装配操作方法进行了研究,基于分布式仿真支撑环境DMSO HLA/RTI,利用实时视景仿真软件开发库OpenGL Performer,实现了DCVAE的原型系统。通过某车型整车协同虚拟装配评审实例,证明该系统可应用于复杂产品的虚拟装配数模验证。
In order to meet the requirements for collaborative working in complex product design-ing,a distributed and collaborative virtual assembly environment(DCVAE)supporting multi-user collabo-rative design is developed.The architecture of distributed virtual assembly system is proposed and collabo-rative virtual assembly operation method is studied.The prototype of DCVAE,which is based on DOSO HLA/RTI and OpenGL Performer,has been implemented.The validity of this system has been proved by an example of collaborative complete vehicle virtual assembly simulation.
