近年来,城市社区公共服务设施安全事故频发,使得安全社区建设面临严峻困境。首先分析了城市安全社区创建与发展的现阶段特点及城市社区公共服务设施属性特点;其次系统开展城市社区公共服务设施安全事故致因分析;再次,以整体性治理理论为视角,探讨了城市社区公共服务设施安全治理主体的合理选择;最后,提出了城市社区公共服务设施安全治理路径。

Many urban community public facilities safety accidents have occurred in recent years, which have made the urban community safety management facing serious difficulties. Firstly,from angles of nat-ural factors,social environment damage,improper use,the defects from community public facilities plan-ning, design,construction and operation and maintenance,the main potential dangerous factors were ana-lyzed. Secondly,the choice of governance subject of urban community public facilities safety governancewas discussed. Thirdly,safety control measures of urban community public facilities were proposed.
