机械麦界面行为和摩擦学密切相关,利用先进手段对摩擦副的表界面进行改性、改形和调控是目前的研究热点。表面微织构方法可以显著改善接触对表面摩擦特性。本文基于微织构的研究背景,论述了表明做织构加工方法、几何参数及其对摩擦性能的影响规律,阐述了微织构的减摩机理和应用,提出了后续的发展方向。
Mechanical interface behavior is closely related to trihology, it is a hot spot that advanced method have been used to modify, change and regulate on the interface of friction pair in the present research. The method of surface texture can significantly improve the tribological performance of contact pairs. In the review, the researeh background were introduced firstly. The main machining methods and geometrical parameters of surface texture and their effect on tribology were described. Then the recent researches on surface texturing for improving tribological performances were summarized and analyzed in this paper from the anti-friction principle and application, finally proposed the follow-up development direction of surface texture technology.
